Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to rent an LED screen for an exhibition?
The price depends on the screen area, the number of event days and the scope of operation: setup, an operating crew and technical backup. Tell us about the event and we will get back to you with an exact quote within 24 hours.
Do you also operate events abroad?
Yes. We have shipped, set up and operated screens at exhibitions in Europe and the US.
How long does setup at the venue take?
Setup is planned in advance around the venue's schedule, and the build day is coordinated with the venue. Our crew arrives with a support structure prepared in advance, and the LED wall is set up, calibrated and tested by the end of the day, before the event opens.
What happens if something fails in the middle of the event?
The production includes technical backup for all the hours of the event: our crew is on site with spare equipment, so faults are handled on the spot, without the exhibitors even noticing.
