When you leave your details on the website, we use them to get back to you about your inquiry. Only company staff see the inquiries. They are stored with service providers that work for us, such as Google and Cloudflare. The website uses measurement and advertising tools from Google and from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and a Microsoft tool that shows us how the website is used. We do not sell personal information. You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information.

What information we collect
Information you provide in the contact form:
- Name and phone number. These are required fields in the form, because without them we cannot get back to you.
- The subject of your inquiry, and in some forms also an event date.
- Company name, email and the content of your message, if you choose to fill them in.
You are not required by law to give us these details. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to get back to you through the form, and you can always call us or write to us on WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically:
- The address of the page from which the inquiry was sent.
- If you came to the website from a Google ad: the click ID that Google adds to the address. The ID is stored in your browser for up to 90 days and is sent to us with the inquiry, so that we know which ad brought it.
- Technical information needed for security and spam prevention, such as IP address and browser type. The security check in the form is performed by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Information about the visit, such as which pages were viewed, from which device and from which ad you came. This information is collected in Google and Meta cookies, as described in the section “Cookies and browser storage”.
- How the pages are used: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and time spent. This information is collected by the Microsoft Clarity tool, which uses it to create heatmaps and recordings of the visit. Form fields and the text you type are masked and not captured at all, so your name, phone number and message do not reach this tool.
Why we use the information
- To get back to you, understand what you need and give you a price quote.
- To manage our business relationship with you, if you choose to work with us.
- To measure which of our ads bring inquiries, and to show our ads also to people who have already visited the website. For this purpose, Google and Meta receive information about the visit and about the fact that an inquiry was sent.
- When an inquiry is sent, the phone number or email you provided may also be passed to Google and Meta in encrypted form (hash), which does not allow them to be read. This is done only to connect the inquiry with the ad that brought it.
- To understand how the website is used and what makes things difficult for you, in order to improve the pages and the form.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam inquiries.
We will not send you marketing mailings without your explicit consent.
Who sees the information and where it is stored
Only company staff see the inquiries. The information is stored and processed by service providers that work for us, only for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, receiving the form and the security check.
- Google: spreadsheets in which the inquiries are stored, email messages that notify us of a new inquiry, and Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for measurement and advertising.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta pixel, for measurement and advertising.
- Microsoft: the Microsoft Clarity tool, for understanding how the website is used. We do not use it for advertising.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you chose to contact us on WhatsApp.
We do not sell personal information. Measurement and advertising information is processed by Google, Meta and Microsoft also in accordance with their own privacy policies. Information will be disclosed to a competent authority only if the law requires it.
How long we keep the information
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the inquiry and to manage our business relationship with you. You can ask at any time to delete your inquiry, and we will delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it.
The Google click ID is stored in your browser for up to 90 days. Information stored with Google, Meta, Microsoft and Cloudflare is also subject to each of their policies.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may:
- Ask to see what information about you we hold.
- Ask to correct information that is not correct, complete or up to date.
- Ask to delete your information.
- Ask that we no longer contact you.

Cookies and browser storage
On your first visit to the website, a short notice about the use of cookies appears. Visitors from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked to accept or decline, and the measurement and advertising tools of Google, Meta and Microsoft load for them only after they accept. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. The website stores a small amount of information in your browser:
- The Google click ID, as described above, for up to 90 days.
- The country you came from and your cookie choice, so we know whether to show the consent request and not ask again. The country is identified from your IP address by Cloudflare and is not stored by us.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager use cookies to measure visits and inquiries that came from ads, and to show our ads to people who have already visited the website.
- The Meta pixel does the same on Facebook and Instagram.
- Microsoft Clarity uses cookies to recognize returning visits and to connect pages from the same visit. Details: Microsoft’s privacy statement
- Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical information to verify that the form was sent by a person and not by software.
How to limit this:
- Delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The form will keep working.
- Turn off personalized ads from Google: myadcenter.google.com
- Manage your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram: accountscenter.facebook.com
- Block Google Analytics in your browser: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Information security
- All communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Access to inquiries is limited to company staff, using secure accounts.
- The form is protected against automated spam submissions.
No method guarantees absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information.
Transfer of information abroad
The servers of Google, Meta, Microsoft and Cloudflare are also located outside Israel, so the information may be stored or transferred abroad. The transfer is made only for the services above.
Minors
The website is intended for businesses and adults, and is not intended for collecting information from minors.
Changes to the policy
We will update the policy when something material changes on the website or in the way we handle information. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
